TURKEY HASH 
3 c. turkey, diced
2 c. raw potatoes, diced
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 slices toast, buttered

Put turkey, potatoes and milk into a pan over low heat. Bring to boil and cook about 15 minutes or until thickened. Add butter, salt, and pepper. Stir gently. Serve on buttered toast. (4 servings.)
