TURKEY HASH 
2 c. turkey chopped med. fine
2 c. chopped boiled potatoes (take out of skins)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cream

Combine the turkey and potatoes. Mix and season with salt and pepper. Brown the mixture well in a skillet in butter. Add the cream, re-season to taste and cook until cream is absorbed.

I make this all the time with left over roasted chicken and potatoes. It's one of our favorites!! I use evaporated milk undiluted in place of the cream.
