TURKEY HASH 
3 c. diced, cooked turkey
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large saucepan, blend in flour and cream and stir until thickened. Add turkey and all the other ingredients except the remaining butter. Melt these 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet and add the turkey mixture. Saute uncovered for 25 minutes. If desired, brown the top of the hash under the broiler before serving.
