TEA COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1 c. flour
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Chopped walnuts
Raspberry jam or other jam

Blend first four ingredients together and form into small balls. Dip into slightly beaten egg white and then into chopped walnuts. Make a small dent in the top of each ball and bake for 5 minutes at 375 degrees.

Remove from oven and press in dent to make it deeper. Return to oven and bake for about 10 minutes longer. When done, remove from oven and fill with raspberry jam or other preference.
