GRAHAM CRACKER TEA COOKIES 
Graham crackers (several)
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg (beaten)
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Line 8 x 11 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt butter in pan, add sugar, milk and egg. Bring to a boil, cool; add coconut, nuts and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and pour into lined pan.

Top with additional whole graham crackers and top with your favorite icing. Chill and cut into squares.
