GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Whole graham crackers
1 c. coconut
1 c. chipped nuts
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Bring butter, sugar, milk, and slightly beaten egg to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add the coconut, nuts, and cracker crumbs. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Pour filling on top. Cover with whole graham crackers. Frost with 2 cups powdered sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Add orange or lemon juice to make spreadable. Refrigerate and cut into bars.
