GRAHAM CRACKER BUTTER BARS 
30 graham crackers
1 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 well beaten egg
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

ICING:

1/2 c. soft butter
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Line bottom of a 9"x12"x2" baking dish with a layer of graham crackers (about 15). Combine butter, sugar, milk and egg. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Spread over graham crackers and top with another layer of graham crackers.

Frosting: Combine butter, sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Frost top of bars and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 24 hours. Cut into bars.
