ALMOND TEA COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. almond flavoring
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped almonds

Cream butter. Add sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks and almond flavoring. Blend well. Add sifted flour and chopped almonds. Mix thoroughly. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Press balls to 1/4 inch thick. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
