RUSSIAN TEA COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Powdered sugar

Mix butter, sugar, and flour together and nuts if used. By hand form small balls and place on cookie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Roll or shake each ball in powdered sugar while hot. When cool, roll in powdered sugar one more time.
