HEATH BAR CAKE 
2 c. light brown sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
5 Heath bars, coarsely chopped

With a fork, stir together sugar, flour and butter. Set aside 1 cup of mixture for topping. To remaining mixture, add soda, salt, egg, buttermilk and vanilla. Combine well and pour into a greased and floured 10 x 13 inch baking pan. Stir nuts and Heath bars into the reserved crumb mixture and sprinkle over top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
