SARA'S MUFFINS 
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. melted Crisco
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
2 well beaten eggs
2 1/2 c.flour
1 c. All Bran
1 c. 40% Bran Flakes
1 c. Wheat Bran
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
2 c. buttermilk

Put baking soda and Crisco in boiling water; let cool. Add sugar and eggs; add dry ingredients and buttermilk. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for 5 weeks. Bake in muffin tins, 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
