YAM BAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drain, reserve 1/4 c. juice
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained

Combine: 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. butter

Mix with yams. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with miniature marshmallows. Bake just until it begins to brown and marshmallows starts to melt.
