FINGERS LIVER SPREAD 
1 lb. chicken livers
3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs
2 onions, minced
chicken fat or shortening
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste

Boil livers. Fry onions in fat until lightly browned. Blend livers, eggs and onions (or put through meat grinder; fine grind). Add fat to make right spreading consistency. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
