H.'S CHICKEN FINGERS 
Boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
Flour
Egg, milk, salt & pepper
Italian bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Have 3 bowls for dipping. Dip each piece of chicken in flour, egg and milk mixture and bread crumbs in that order and then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Made this tonight and found the breading to be great. I added a little bit of seasoned salt instead of the normal salt to give it just a little bit more flavor.
