CHICKEN FINGERS 
4 skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. Italian bread crumbs

Cut chicken into finger sized pieces. Marinate in olive oil for 1/2 hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll in bread crumbs and bake in oven for 30 minutes. Serve with honey mustard sauce.
