DILLY ZUCCHINI MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. dill weed
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded zucchini
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients. Blend in milk, eggs and butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
