CHEESE SOUFFLE SYLVIA GORDON 
6 slices white bread
8 oz. grated cheese
3 eggs
2 c. milk
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. dry mustard (or prepared)

Butter a souffle dish. Crumble bread slices (without crusts) into bottom of dish. Place grated cheese on top. In separate bowl, mix 3 eggs, 2 cups of milk, Tabasco and mustard. Blend well. Pour over cheese and bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in pan of water.
