RUGELUCH - DAIRY 
1 lb. sweet butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
3 tbsp. sour cream
3 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
Jam, jelly or marmalade (as desired)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and cheese together. Add flour - knead to dough and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 6 parts. Roll each part in 9 inch circle.

Combine jam and nuts; spread on circle. Cut circle into 8 wedges sections. Roll starting with large end, and end with point curved to form crescent. Place open and on buttered sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
