JODY'S DAIRY LASAGNA 
1 lb. box lasagna
1 (16 oz.) mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (32 oz.) bottle spaghetti sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
Onion flakes
Oil
Salt

Put about 1 tablespoon of oil and salt (if desired) in a big pot and cook lasagna noodles. Slice mozzarella cheese as thin as possible. Put on a dish while lasagna is cooking.

Put a layer of oil in a 9 x 13 inch (or 14) oblong dish. When the lasagna noodles are ready (follow directions on package), lay them lengthwise in the dish, about 6 (or 1/3 of total). Spread 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce (Prego is recommended) on the lasagna. Lay 1/3 of the cheese slices (about 9) in an even pattern. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cottage cheese over the ingredients. Repeat for 2 more layers, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese and onion flakes over the top. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 1/2 hour or until mozzarella on top is melted.

If prepared and refrigerated, put in oven and then turn it on to 350 degrees. Cook approximately 40 minutes.
