TURKEY BREAD DRESSINGS 
3 quarts bread, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoons salt (or to taste)
1 1/2 teaspoons Bell's Seasoning
2 cups chopped celery
1 large sweet onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup melted butter

Add enough boiling water or broth to moisten the dressing. Chop the giblets fine and brown them in the butter; add garlic to hot butter for 1 minute, then add to the dressing.

Browned bulk pork sausage can be added to the dressing along with sliced mushrooms, if desired, for extra flavor.

The dressing may be used to stuff a 20-25 lb turkey or baked in a large loaf pan in the same oven as the turkey for 45 minutes, covered til the final 10 minutes. Or bake separately for 45 minutes at 350°F.
