1 6 oz. cornbread mix
10 slices toasted bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all of the above ingredients in a 13x9x2-inch pan. The batter will be similar to a cake batter.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Stove Top Stuffing Mix may be used instead of bread.
