SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
4-5 c. cooked squash with 1 med. onion 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed Salt & pepper to taste Bread crumbs to cover 12 crumbled saltines 1. Cook (steam) squash with onion until tender. 2. Mix drained squash with remaining ingredients. 3. Top with bread crumbs. 4. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. |
