HOMEMADE PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. very warm water (115 degrees)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour

Dissolve the yeast in water. Add the salt, oil, and sugar. Add the flour one cup at a time. Knead the dough 8 to 10 minutes. Cover and let rise for 1 or 1 1/2 hours. (The dough may be refrigerated overnight). Pat the dough onto a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet to desired thickness.

TOPPING:

8 oz. can tomato paste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese

Mix the topping ingredients, except cheese. Pour over the crust. Top with grated cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Be sure that the bottom crust is browned.
