LORRAINE'S HOMEMADE PIZZA 
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce (Contadina preferable)
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
Oregano
1 (8 oz.) ball mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix yeast, water, sugar and oil together. Add flour. Grease pizza pan and spread dough evenly. Pour sauce over dough. Sprinkle with oregano. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
