HOMEMADE PIZZA | |
DOUGH: 1 pkg. active dry yeast 1 c. warm water 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 1/2 c. all-purpose or whole wheat flour 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Lightly grease jelly roll pan or pizza pan. 3. Stretch dough until it is 1/4 inch thick. 4. Turn up outer edge 1/2 inch to hold in filling. 5. Pour sauce on dough. 6. Add chopped onion if desired. Sprinkle sparingly the following ingredients over sauce: garlic salt, pepper, oregano. 7. Arrange meats and other ingredients on top. 8. Top with shredded cheese. 9. Bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. |
