HOMEMADE PIZZA 
DOUGH:

3 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

16 oz. tomato puree
1 lg. clove garlic
Oregano, salt & pepper, to taste

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

Mozzarella, grated
Pepperoni
Sausage
Peppers
Onion

Dough: Dissolve package yeast in warm water. Measure flour and salt in large bowl. Add water-yeast mixture to flour. Mix well. Once mixed, knead dough well. Place in lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to rise approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

Sauce: Brown garlic in oil. Add tomato puree. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

Pizza: Put small amount of oil on cookie sheet or pizza pan. Spread dough on sheet making sure oil gets on both sides of dough. Add sauce and top with cheese. Add optional toppings.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until bottom of dough is lightly browned.
