HOMEMADE PIZZA
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. olive oil
3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt, sugar and olive oil; mix well. Stir in flour and knead until easy to handle and all the flour is used. Drizzle a bit of olive oil onto the bottom of a pizza pan and place the dough in a pan, turning it to coat both sides with oil. Cover with cloth and place in an area with no drafts (such as inside the oven with the heat off).

Let the dough rise to double (about 1 hour). Punch it down and form it into four 8-10 inch circles. Dough can be stored for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Cover with toppings and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
