JAMBALAYA 
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
2 lbs. shrimp
1 lb. hot smoked sausage
1 can onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 can Franco American mushroom gravy
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 whole bay leaf

Mix all above ingredients in pot; mix well. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. If using Magnelito pot, uncover for last 15 minutes to dry out. Slice sausage into thin slices before mixing.
