ORANGE JUICE MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2/3 c. orange juice

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin tins or use paper cupcake holders. Mix Bisquick, sugar, egg, orange peel, and orange juice. Beat vigorously. Fill cups 2/3 full. Mix last 3 ingredients and sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon on each muffin. Bake 15 minutes or until done.
