APPLESAUCE PUFFS 
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. cooking oil

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Combine Bisquick, sugar and cinnamon. Add applesauce, milk, egg and oil. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill cupcake pan with batter 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool slightly.

TOPPING: Mix ingredients for topping and dip top of puff in melted butter, then in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Makes 12 puffs.
