NEAPOLITAN CHICKEN 
4 lbs. chicken pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
4 med. potatoes, pared, cubed
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. salt
16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
