1 (3 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat

Brown hamburger meat and drain off fat. Set aside. Melt cheese and stir in tomatoes and milk. Add meat. Serve warm. Great for nachos!
