CHEESE DIP 
1/2 stick butter
4 tbsp. flour

Heat the above until bubbles form. Stir constantly then add:

1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 or 1 jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp. jalapeno juice
1/2 lb. Velveeta

Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
