BEEF AND CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. ground round, browned
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
2 cans green chilies
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of garlic salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Tabasco
Jalapeno peppers (optional)

Melt cheeses in a double boiler and add other ingredients. Keep warm in crock pot. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
