CHEESE DIP 
1/2 stick butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 scant tsp. ground cumin
1 scant tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. jalapeno pepper juice
1/2 pod jalapeno pepper
2 c. milk
Dash of garlic powder
16 oz. Velveeta cheese

Melt butter, stir in flour, cook over low heat 1 minute. Add all spices, stir until mixed, add milk, heat, then add cheese. (I will heat the milk in microwave first, it helps the spices to mix better before adding cheese.) Add more cheese to thicken if necessary. Heat until all cheese is melted and dip is thick. You can use the Velveeta cheese with peppers and omit the jalapeno peppers and juice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
