HOT CHEESE AND BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. shredded longhorn colby cheese (1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. Beef Stick summer sausage, finely diced

Melt cream cheese slowly over low heat, stirring constantly. Add colby, milk, onion salt, mustard, and hot pepper sauce. Cook, stirring constantly until cheese melts and ingredients are thoroughly blended. Stir in Beef Stick summer sausage. Keep warm over low heat. Spread on rye crackers and serve as appetizer or snack.
