VELVEETA SAUSAGE & HAMBURGER DIP | |
Makes a great party dip. or a just because dip! 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. hot sausage 1 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce First brown ground beef and sausage in a pan. While the meat is browning, cut Velveeta block of cheese into little cubes or squares. After meat is browned, drain any grease that may be in the pan. After draining the grease, add cream of mushroom soup, stir in, then add Velveeta cheese cubes and Worcestershire sauce. Turn to medium to low heat. Place lid on top, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. After cheese is melted transfer to a Crock-Pot and keep on low heat. Serve with tortilla chips.
