THREE POUND DIP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage (use hot sausage for extra kick)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (I like Taco Bell brand and I like mine medium or hot)
1 lb. (1/2 block) Velveeta cheese, cubed

In a skillet, brown hamburger and sausage. Drain. Add soup, salsa and cheese. Heat slowly until cheese melts.

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Variations: try different flavors of Velveeta to find the one you like best.
