MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
Salad greens (enough for 10 to 12), red lettuce presents well
1 1/2 to 2 c. Mandarin oranges, drained
Cashews
Bacon, crisp & crumbled

DRESSING:

1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion, ground finely
1 tsp. paprika
1 to 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Mix lemon juice, sugar, oil, salt, onion, paprika and Worcestershire, and refrigerate. Mix greens, oranges, cashews, bacon. Just before serving toss with dressing. Serves 10 to 12.
