LUMPIA 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 carrots
2 med. sized potatoes
1 sm. onion (opt.)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
2 pkgs. wonton wrappers

Fry ground beef and drain all oil or water from it. Grate the potatoes, onions and carrots and mix in the meat. Add spices and simmer, stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Wrap in wonton skin and fry. Brown real good and serve. (This is a Filipino dish.)
