SHANGHAI LUMPIA 
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 stalks green onion leaf, chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vetsin
2 pkg. eggs
30 pieces lumpin wrappers
Corn oil for frying

Mix ground pork, green onion leaf, black pepper, salt, vetsin and eggs thoroughly. Take a tablespoon of the mixed ingredients and wrap in lumpin wrapper. Cut lumpin wrapper into small rolls of about 2 inches long. Fry in deep fat. Serve with sweet sour sauce.

SWEET SOUR SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. salt
Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. soy sauce

Blend all ingredients together. Cook over moderate heat, stirring continuously until properly thickened.
