MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
6 lg. flour tortillas
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and drain grease. Stir in seasoning mix, spices, tomato sauce and beans.

Cut tortillas in half and arrange 6 halves on bottom of 9x13 pan. Spoon on half of meat mixture and sprinkle on half of cheese. Repeat this to make another layer - tortillas, meat, cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
