MEXICAN LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 pkg. taco mix
1 (30 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilis
2 eggs
9 corn tortillas, cut or torn up
10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
8 oz. Ricotta cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef; drain fat. Add Lawry's salt, taco mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili. Simmer 4 minutes. While this is cooking beat eggs and add the Ricotta cheese.

In a lasagane pan, layer cut tortillas to cover bottom. Add half of meat mixture. Spread with Ricotta mixture and half of grated Jack cheese. Add another layer of tortillas, meat mixture and Jack cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes.
