DIJON DRESSING | |
Makes 1/2 cup. Serves 8; 1 tablespoon per serving. 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar 4 tbsp. acceptable vegetable oil In a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, blend mustard and vinegar. Add oil, one tablespoon at a time, until mixture is well blended. |
