STAHL HOUSE CREAM DIJON DRESSING 
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. whole fresh tarragon leaves, minced
2 tsp. whole fresh thyme leaves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Or 3/4 teaspoon dried leaves, crumbled.

Or 3/4 teaspoon dried leaves, crumbled.

Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
