SWEDISH PECAN BALLS | |
1 c. finely ground pecans 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt Powdered sugar Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape dough into walnut size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 275 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until light brown in color. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. Cool. Roll in powdered sugar again. Yield: 3 dozen. |
