PECAN BUTTER BALLS 
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
Dash of salt
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1 inch balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Roll in powdered sugar when cooled.
