PECAN BUTTER BALLS 
2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. fine chopped pecans, set aside

Put all ingredients in bowl, work with spoon, or hand until well blended. Add 2 cups chopped pecans. Shape into balls, roll in fine chopped pecans. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in oven until brown at 325 degrees.
