“PECAN BALLS” IS IN:

PECAN BALLS 
2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
4 c. finely ground pecans
4 c. cake flour
powdered sugar (for rolling)

Preheat oven to 300-325°F.

Cream together butter and sugar; add vanilla, pecans, and finally flour.

Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

Form into small balls (about 1 inch).

Arrange 1-inch apart on greased or parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for about 25 minutes.

Roll in powdered sugar.

Store in an airtight container.
