“CHEESE BALL” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CHEESE FONDUE

CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
6 oz. jar cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, finely grated
6 oz. blue cheese
4 oz. grated cheddar
few drops Tabasco sauce

Remove cream cheese from refrigerator 1/2 hour before preparing the cheese ball.

Combine ingredients and form a ball. Roll in chopped nuts, if desired.

Serve with crackers.
